Precautions for installation of eccentric high-pressure ball valve
High-pressure ball valve refers to the valve whose opening and closing parts (ball) are driven by the valve stem and rotate around the axis of the valve stem. For hydraulic mechanical equipment, hydraulic switch, natural gas, etc., high-pressure ball valve came out in the 1950s. With the rapid development of science and technology, the continuous improvement of production process and product structure, it has rapidly developed into a major valve class in a short period of 40 years.
1. Precautions for installation of eccentric high-pressure ball valve. Before installation, check whether the specification, pressure, temperature and corrosion resistance of the eccentric semi-high pressure ball valve meet the use requirements. Check all parts for damage or looseness.
2. The eccentric semi-high pressure ball valve can be installed on the pipeline at any angle and should be closed for installation; When welding the pipe flange, the sealing port of the high-pressure valve should be blocked with a plate to prevent particles and sundries from damaging the sealing surface. After welding, remove the high-pressure valve, clean the sealing surface of the high-pressure valve and the inner cavity of the pipeline, and then install the eccentric semi-high-pressure ball valve to fix the high-pressure valve.
3. During installation, please pay attention to the pressure bearing direction of the eccentric semi-high-pressure ball valve when the high-pressure valve is closed.
4. Before installation, the sealing surfaces at both ends of the sealing surface, butterfly plate sealing surface and valve seat sealing surface shall be thoroughly cleaned to remove dust and dirt.
5. Before installation, the eccentric semi-high pressure ball valve shall be subject to air test. The opening and closing position shall be flexible and consistent with the position indicated by the pointer.
6. The manual operation is clockwise for closing and counterclockwise for opening. It is not allowed to forcibly open and close the high-pressure valve after the pointer is in place.
7. During the pressure test of eccentric semi-high pressure ball valve, it is not allowed to use a single flange for installation and pressure test, but double flanges must be used for installation and pressure test. The test pressure shall meet the standard.
8. Tighten the bolts symmetrically and alternately. Do not tighten them separately in turn.
9. Before leaving the factory, the limit screw has been adjusted, and easy adjustment is not allowed. If the configured drive device is electric or pneumatic, please refer to the manual of the supporting drive device.
10. Eccentric semi-high pressure ball valve outlet
The high pressure ball valve factory has adjusted the opening and closing stroke of the control mechanism. In order to prevent the wrong direction during power-on, the user should manually open it to the half-open position before the first power-on, and then press the microswitch to check whether the direction of the indicator board is consistent with the opening direction of the high-pressure valve.
11. In case of abnormal opening and closing of high pressure valve, find out the cause, repair and eliminate it, and prevent damage to high pressure valve caused by forced opening and closing of high pressure valve.
